| The definition of the term southern hospitality can be found in the various hospitality packages offered to fans at Talladega Superspeedway, and track officials announced today theyve even taken it up a notch with new Allison Avenue Chalets, a new Green Flag Club and an expanded Paddock Club area.
For the first time ever, we are excited to offer trackside chalets on the east side of the track near the Allison Grandstand, which are designed to provide excellent option for individuals and corporations to entertain groups of about 50 people during race weekends, said Talladega Superspeedway Vice President/General Manager Rick Humphrey. We are also introducing the new Green Flag Club which was created to provide a way to allow even smaller groups about eight people - to have a shared luxury experience while attending our events. The Paddock Club is suited to those who prefer to purchase hospitality experiences on an individual basis, and we are pleased we were able to expand that area to accommodate another 240 people. The Allison Avenue Chalet package includes 50 chalet passes per day to allow guests access to the air-conditioned chalet Saturday and Sunday, 50 reserved Saturday Allison Grandstand tickets and 50 reserved Sunday Allison Grandstand tickets, inside seating for 24 guests, patio seating for 12 guests, two worker passes per day and 10 Allison Chalet/Hospitality parking passes. The package also includes 50 pre-race pit passes (Sunday only, schedule and weather permitting) allowing guests access to pit road until one hour prior to track activity, closed-circuit television, private security guard, one chalet identification sign, daily cleaning service and weekend newspaper delivery. An option to purchase catering for guests is also included. The new Green Flag Club was created to give race fans an even more exclusive Talladega Superspeedway race weekend experience, and is ideal for small groups. Membership to the Green Flag Club is available for the first time this spring, and includes: eight reserved tower tickets for the Aarons 499 on Sunday; a table featuring your companys name reserved for eight guests in the Green Flag Club located in Hospitality Village; four suite/hospitality parking passes; a pre-race pit road tour (time and weather permitting), which is a guided, walking tour of pit road hosted by the Pit Tour Club; catering for continental breakfast, buffet lunch and beverages; eight race scanner rentals; eight souvenir race programs and eight Talladega Superspeedway souvenirs. |

| Nothing beats a family day at the racetrack, and Talladega Superspeedway makes it even better by admitting children absolutely free of charge for three of the four days of its race weekends.
Kids age 11 and younger will be admitted to the grandstands at no cost when accompanied by a ticketed adult Thursday, April 28 through Saturday, April 30. That means that kids 11 and younger can witness - for free - Winn-Dixie Qualifying Day presented by Pepsi on Thursday, which sets the field for the Aaron's 312 NASCAR Busch Series race, The Birmingham News/Birmingham Post-Herald Qualifying Day on Friday, which sets the field for the Aaron's 499 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup race on Sunday, and the Saturday Aaron's 312 NASCAR Busch Series race. "We're thrilled when parents bring their children to experience the excitement of a race weekend at Talladega Superspeedway, and we have been doing all we can to encourage that for a number of years, including offering free admission to children age 11 and younger to these events," said Talladega Superspeedway Vice President/General Manager Rick Humphrey. "Opportunities seem to be rare these days for families to enjoy activities together that are low cost, and we hope this enables more kids and parents to spend quality time together." Kids age 11 and younger will again be admitted free of charge to the bulk of on-track events when the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series returns in the fall along with the ARCA RE/MAX Series. |
