| Its that time of the year again, when Bristol turns into Racing Central. Next week thousands of fans will pour into the area for the April 1-3 NASCAR events Charter Communications Pole Day, the Sharpie Professional 250 and the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
We realize not all of you who receive this letter will visit Bristol for next weeks races, but a large portion of you will be making the trek to The Worlds Fastest Half-Mile. With that in mind, we want to make sure fans have all the information needed to experience a fantastic Bristol weekend. Heres some info we hope youll find useful. |

| Johnson, who missed taking his second straight checkered flag by 0.028 seconds on Sunday, has an 82-point lead over Greg Biffle. Carl Edwards, who passed Johnson just before the finish line at Atlanta Motor Speedway, is 87 points off the pace in third.
Though Knaus will continue his duties in the Food City 500 on April 3 and the Advance Auto Parts 500 the following week, he has been placed on probation for 90 days and his $35,000 fine was upheld. Kyle Busch, the younger brother of Kurt who was runner-up to teammate Johnson in Las Vegas but was found to have quarter-panel heights too high on his Chevrolet, will retain the services of Gustafson under similar circumstances. Gustafson will be available for the next two events but did not have his $25,000 fine reduced and has been placed on 90-day probation. The commission has yet to hear the appeal regarding Kevin Harvick's No. 29 Chevrolet, which was found to have an unapproved fuel filler and fuel cell vent. Harvick, who finished fifth Sunday, was docked 25 points and crew chief Todd Berrier was suspended four races and fined $25,000. |
