The season of awards shows kicked off Sunday night with Will and Grace winning favourite TV comedy at the People's Choice Awards, and Renee Zellweger taking home the prize for favourite leading lady. "There's been a lot of ink spilled lately about the death of the traditional sitcom, but thanks to you we're still here, we're still queer - get used to it," said Eric McCormack as he accepted the trophy for Will and Grace. Prince, in a hooded white suit, presented the award to Zellweger.
